Can ANYBODY tell me from personal experience any good information on HPV?

by Rachel on August 18, 2011

I have HPV, had it for about 10 years, have had many procedures to get rid of “cervical dysplasia” for it, now I’m afraid something bad might be wrong with me cause I’m sorta cramping a dull cramp and have some odd colored discharge. HELP! Another thing my husband just showed up with warts on his d&%$…but I don’t have any noticable warts on me.

He got the warts from you. Not everyone with HPV gets the warts too.

Most HPV infections in young females are temporary and have little long-term significance. 70% of infections are gone in 1 year and 90% in 2 years.[4] But when infection persists—in 5 to 10 percent of infected women—there is high risk of developing cervical precancer (lesions on the cervix), which can progress to invasive cervical cancer. This process usually takes 15–20 years, providing many opportunities for detection and treatment of the pre-cancerous condition, often with high cure rates.

See a doctor asap. Never wait around with any change you see.

i have no idea about the cervical dysplasia (sorry) but for your husbands warts go to wal mart and get some Castor oil its $3 works great, apply it directly to the warts when you wake up sometime during the day and before bed. Yes it seems like alot of work but its worth not having to freeze the warts or laser them. When I found out I had genital warts HPV I tried this product I found online, it was $90 I used it for 40 something days 2 to 3 times a day and it barely did anything. I read about the Castor oil and after using it only 3 days I went from having two clusters of warts too just having two. And no other warts have come yet. I highly recommend your husband trying it, its only 3 dollars, what have you got too lose? Also not smoking, eating a better diet, taking vitamins, and exercising will help your body fight the virus.
