You CAN be treated, but most doctors recommend that you wait. The treatment involves removing cells from your cervix, which might possibly lead to preterm birth. Though the likelihood of anything happening to the baby is small, you should realize that the chance of those cells threatening your life (or your uterus) is even smaller.
Cervical cancer is like the slowest moving cancer. Only a small percentage of those precancerous cells will EVER become cancer, and the process usually takes years. So, most doctors just advise waiting.
I dont think you can be treated right away while pregnant , I think you got to wait till you have your baby. But I could be wrong!!!!. Check with a doctor …….
