Can you catch the bacteria of an STD by sitting on grass?

by Rachel on June 16, 2011

My friends daughter reckons she has been told by her a Doctor that she caught the bacteria of an STD from sitting on grass. Of course I am not that stupid as we all know what STD means, but is there any chance this could be a possibility?

No. She was smoking some grass. Then she had sex.

NO! STDs can’t be caught by indirect contact, most STDs die after leaving the body. Though you can catch other stuff like Hepetatis A,B, or C. STDs can only be exchanged with direct contact by sexual fluids or blood to blood.

thats pathetic.! std means sexually transmitted disease..read between the lines….unless the mode of transmission is direct mucous membrane to mucous membrane contact you are safe to sit on the grass…
