Did you ever have the HPV virus and what did you do to get rid of it?

by Rachel on July 4, 2010

I care about anyone, she told me she had discovered the HPV virus and the doctor to examine further scratching. Is there a needle to get rid of him or did they think they should be discarded? Will it disappear?

If you use the cream that is said to cure HPV it may come back – freezing them keeps them away!

Once you get HPV you can never get rid of it. The virus will live inside of skin cells. The immune system will fight it though, and most people would recover by themselves.

But, you should always get external warts removed since they are ugly, and can spread the disease.

This is a virus, there is no cure. But, there is help. There are different procedures that can be done to help remove abnormal cells. There might be a time that her pap tests return normal, this means the virus is being taken care of by her bodies immune system. There also is a good chance her body will fight the virus and at her next pap, be out of the immediate zone. This has happened allot. The bodies white blood cells attack and destroy the virus, sometimes keeping them away for years, then, out of the blue, due to an immune issue, example, a cold, a sinus infection, anything that sends the white blood cells away from the hpv.
Just remind your friend that regular paps are vital to her life and should be kept.

There is no cure for HPV

most types of HPV will go away on its own. your friend is going to have a colposcopy and it will check to see if it is cancerous.

50% of women clear the virus from their bodies in a year, 90% in two years. Even though there are possibly trace levels of HPV for life, you’re considered “cured” after 3 normal PAP tests in a row. You can speed up the process of clearing it from your systems by doing anything that promotes a healthy immune system-getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, quit smoking and drink only minimally.

Unfortunately, Herpes are forever (kinda like diamonds…). You can’t get rid of them, they have to heal and they may or may not come back. There are anti-viral medications to make the outbreaks fewer and farther between, but they don’t work for me. She may be one of the lucky people and have one outbreak and that’s all, but, everyone is different.
