Hi All. I Was Just Woundering If There Is A Link Between Ovarian Cancer And The Hpv?

I have ovarian cancer that will claim my life here. I also had an abnormal pap test in 2000 which was CIN2 as that was only pre cancerous cells. I since have had them removed. so do I still carry the HPV virus in my body from having pre cancer in 2000? and is it linked to ovarian cancer? Please serious replys only.

    No HPV is only linked to cervical cancer, not ovarian cancer. Re: the CIN2 – did you have a repeat pap that was clear following the removal? You should have had a couple repeat paps after removal or did you have your cervix removed?
    I am very sorry about your diagnosis.

    i know hpv can cause cervical cancer, haven’t heard of it being linked to ovarian cancer.
