very rare. But HPV can actually be passed even if there is no wart visible (i.e.frozen off). HPV is a virus. condom does not protect 100%.
Actually condoms don’t protect from HPV at all and very often, warts are not visible. Sometimes there are warts internally and some strains of HPV do not have warts or any symptoms at all.
Umm it depends on level of hpv some people have outbreaks only once n there life them some all the time
