It’s very likely that you do. You can have a lab test done to check for it. Talk to your doctor. BTW, don’t freak too much, if you’ve been sexually active for any amount of time at all, or had more than one partner without protection, you probably had it anyway. Men often do not have symptoms. My doc told me an estimated 75% of the population have it.

very very easy to give. you probably already have it or have had it. 80% of people are infected with hpv at some point in their lives.
are you sure she actually has CANCER, and not dysplasia which are the precancerous changes. if she truly has cervical cancer, my condolensces as this is a horrific disease and can cause a great many problems even if treated.

Very sorry to hear it. Hope she is in the early stages at least.

Unf. I think it’s rather easy for men to get HPV from women unlike some other diseases that are generally transmitted through fluid contact and open sores or lacerations.

HPV can be transmitted just by touching an infected area. Really it’s the same virus that causes warts on your feet etc., it’s just more deadly when it’s on your private parts. You can get regular warts from touching someone who has them on their feet, hand etc.

It’s not hard at all to get it from a woman. It’s not all was 100% transferred, but you should definately get yourself checked.

You will get HPV from her.

Genital Warts

Genital warts form on the genitals of both men and women. This is a sexually transmitted disease that is caused by a virus known as HPV. HPV is of many types. Different types of HPV cause the warts on other areas of the body. HPV virus types that cause genital warts are different.

It is not necessary that you will get genital warts soon after contact with an affected person. Genital warts may not develop after the contact for months or sometimes years. But one, who gets them, becomes a silent carrier. That is how this disease is spreading rampantly in today’s world. Find out more and save yourself from this problem. more-

mostly yes…but if you are like me and my fiance..you have the type that is just in your blood stream and the only why they can really tell is to take blood for your penis…i know it sounds painful but my fiance said that it was not really that bad just like getting your blood drawn….you might have a few little bumps but nothing serious… and then again nothing show up…i would get checked up just to be sure..

If you have had sex with her, then you most likely do. You may have had it before you had sex with her. She could have had it before she had sex with you. I don’t think there is really any way of knowing where it came from unless you have had only one sex partner ever.
