One major complication of HPV during pregnancy is that some women experience rapid wart growth, and the warts become so big that they obstruct the vagina, making it impossible to deliver vaginally.
no your baby is just fine, but if the doctor sees fit to deliver via c-section b/c of the warts he will do so. there is a small chance the baby could get an infection from it if being born vaginally, so if the doctor or you don’t want to risk that then they will deliver via c-section.
