The doctor also told me the baby can get some type of disease in his vocal cords, does anyone know waht that is called?

In rare cases, HPV can spread mother to baby, in which case, the HPV will cause lesions in the baby’s throat. This is RARE.
HPV is not usually a problem for the baby. It’s just that your immune system is suppressed right now, so the HPV can cause lesions in the meantime. One major complication of HPV during pregnancy is that some women experience rapid wart growth, and the warts become so big that they obstruct the vagina, making it impossible to deliver vaginally.

no your baby is just fine, but if the doctor sees fit to deliver via c-section b/c of the warts he will do so. there is a small chance the baby could get an infection from it if being born vaginally, so if the doctor or you don’t want to risk that then they will deliver via c-section.
