Question about Lung epithelial cells!?

Lung epithelial cells are particularly susceptible to cancer because

a. they are exposed to high levels of ultraviolet light that damages their DNA.

b. like all epithelial cells, they divide rapidly all the time, leaving less time to detect and repair DNA damage.

c. they are exposed to high levels of toxins with every breath we take, or every puff on a cigarette.

d. they are sarcomas, the most common kind of cancer.

e. of human papilloma virus which infects lung tissues.

.lung cells are not as exposed to UV Light as skin cells
.not ‘all’ epithelium cells divide rapidly, neither to lung epithelial cells
.i dont understand option d (what are you referring to as sarcomas? the epithelial cells?)
