Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a debilitating mental illness which affects a person’s ability to think, make decisions and be productive in routine daily life matters. It pertains to the negative belief system that a schizophrenic person develops in the illness. These thoughts and beliefs are not true however and cause irritable moods. For instance, a schizophrenic person may believe that certain group of people are plotting against him/her therefore they may fear going out and interacting with others.

Disorganized Behavior

Since a brain is a key organ in a human being’s body when it is badly inflicted with all the irrational negativities it causes disorganized behavior. People who suffer from schizophrenia have a real hard time organizing themselves. They may have disruptive behavioral patterns thus affecting their actions.

Auditory Hallucinations

This is something very common among the people who suffer from this very illness. They may hear auditory sounds of people they know or at times their own voices. They may hear someone shouting at them or trying to maneuver their behavior
