I need to do a two minute presentation about genital warts, but I have no idea where to start! A bit of help would be great!

She just got out of a horrible 15 month relationship, has her annual pap smear and is told she has genital warts. SHe is mad, scared and feels in her words,”dirty”. How as her mom do I make her feel ok with self and her future?

I met a great girl, and things were going along well. But when we started to get intimate she informed me that she has genital warts. I appreciate her openness and honesty, but I don’t know how to handle the situation. I do like her but I sure don’t want any genital warts. What if any are my options? Please only mature and real answers, hopefully someone who has a qualified or experienced position on this.

My partner was diagnosed with genital warts, but we didn’t sleep together. We did, however, “mess around”. I noticed 3 small idential raised bumps with a slightly darker center. They are very small. One is located on my wrist. The other on my forearm and the last on my knuckle. Does this mean I have “genital” warts on my skin or are they just regular warts? Does this mean I have the HPV virus?

I think that the vaccination should be given to older teenagers at the age of about 15-17 first, and then work down to the younger girls. It’s been given to 12-13 year old girls now and the older girls have to wait up to three years. I think this is wrong because older girls are more at risk! It’s less likely that 12-13 year old’s will be having sex. Does anyone agree?
It is not mandatory in the UK, it is a matter of choice but schools offer it.
