Where Can I Find Doctor Guidelines For Treating A Person With High Risk Hpv?
Should you get re-tested every 3 months or every 6?

Here are the National Institute of Cancer Guidelines…which I have found most doctors follow:http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/facts…
or http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/under…
ASCUS could be either 4 or 6 months rePap

It really depends on how bad the cells are. If they do a biopsy and the cells are just slightly abnormal and contain no signs of actual cancer, than they normally go for every 6 months to see if the immune system will fight off the abnormal cells (this was what happened in my own case). If the cells are worse and you had to have a procedure done like a LEEP to remove the bad cells, many times they’ll do every 3 months to be sure to catch any recurrence faster.
